In reply to: [Hide My Site] Very good until things breakThanks for calling this to my attention. The conflict with polylang has now been corrected. If you update the plugin to version 1.3 it should work again.

In reply to: [Hide My Site] Clear text password? It will be changed to a password field in the next plugin update (version 1.3) which will be out in the next day or two.
When you say the timeout does not work on iphone, are you saying that because when you tried to login on an iphone you kept getting a password request for every page you clicked on?

In reply to: [Simple Tooltips] Image not displaying properlyHi optimus,
I think if you refer to this thread, the solution mentioned should apply to your case: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/showing-images-1
Also, if that doesn’t do the trick and you need more assistance, you can send me a link to the site privately via my email address: info at cleveandwebdeveloper dot com
Good luck,

In reply to: [Simple Tooltips] Nice, butI made this plugin geared more toward tech savvy people but I am in the process of making it geared more toward the general public as well. Thanks for your suggestion.

In reply to: [Hide My Site] multisite redirectionHi Nico,
The plugin is not currently able to do that, but it’s an interesting idea. I will add it to the list of wanted features for future updates.

In reply to: [Simple Tooltips] Tooltips and checkboxes on mobileGo into the index.php file within the plugin folder. Find the tooltip_data() function. Add a comma after the last parameter, and then add the following parameter:
'show_delay': 2000 //delay in milliseconds before tooltip is shown, default is 100If you make this change to the plugin code, you would lose them in the future if you ever update the plugin when a new version comes out. However if I include the ability to set this option from within the plugin settings page in a future release, in the event that you update and lose the changes you would just have to set them again from within the plugin settings page and you would be good to go.
Good luck,
Justin

In reply to: [Hide My Site] Password request for every page?Hi Vaj,
It doesn’t seem likely that there would be a difference between logging in on an admin account vs non admin, because the plugin doesn’t take into account whether or not the user is an admin.
My suggestion, which I have mentioned in a previous message, would be to make sure that visitors are logging in from the homepage. Quote from above:
One important point to note is that when the password is first entered in, this should be done on your homepage (eg http://www.yoursite.com) as opposed to a subpage (eg http://www.yoursite.com/books/mybook). If you enter the password on the homepage, you will have access to any URL that begins with http://www.yoursite.com. If you enter your password on the subpage example above, you will have access to any URL that begins with http://www.yoursite.com/books/mybook. If you then tried to go to http://www.yoursite.com or any other page, you would have to enter the password again.
If this doesn’t resolve the problem, would you consider setting up a WordPress admin account on your site for me(you can create a temp admin account). If you are willing to do this, please email login credentials over to info at clevelandwebdeveloper dot com.
This is all assuming that I am able to recreate the problem when I test it out. If I’m not able to recreate the problem (ie if I login once and it works perfectly for the whole site), I won’t be able to troubleshoot or solve it.
Good luck,
Justin
