maybe my english isn’t quite good (I’m a german), but eventually I wrote my problem in confusing words. So I’ll try it again:
a.) I have selected the 3 items of facebook, twitter and What’s App within Step 1
b.) Under Step 3 I have choosen the option “responsive icons” which leads to the effect, that at my blogs only fb and twitter, but not the last one = What’sApp could bee seen
c.) If I select “original icons” under Step 3 it doesn’t look fine and I miss What’sapp, too
d.) Question: at Step 3 I can recognize an third option “display the icons I selected above?” It seems, that this could solve the problem, but I can’t activate it – it’s grey. Maybee the “free-versio” doesn’t allow this?
i.e you can see the first both icons at the bottom of https://www.emsdettener-venn.de/pfeifengras/ but not the What’sApp icon

IT WORKS AGAIN! I’ve checked the settings and saw, that the lightbox effects where changed to “kein”, which means “none”. After I have moved it to “shutter box” there are no more problems!!!

me again.I’ve just tried it with the theme “Twenty Fourteen”, but unfortunately the problem is still existing! Deleting the cache doesn’t help, too. Great mess, is there any other idea?

Because all my users can see the problem there is no need to clear the cache I think.
As you I presume problems of JavaScript or CSS, too. What I have done now (as you said): I deactived all my 22 plugins and switched them on again one by one, but it doesn’t help.
Then I changed the theme from “catch responsive” to “render”, but there was the same negative result.
What could be the next steps?greetings from germany
