In reply to: [eShop] [Plugin: eShop] Shipping Not Added if County not selectedHi Esmi, I have done a bit more experimenting with plugins on the site and it seems that a plugin called ‘WP-HTML-Compression’ by Steven Vachon was causing the problem. Once it was completely deleted from the site the form then started to generate an error for the ‘State/County/Province’ field. I have now turned everything else back on and it seems to be working properly.

In reply to: [eShop] [Plugin: eShop] Shipping Not Added if County not selectedHi Esmi, I have loaded the Twenty Eleven theme and it still does exactly the same thing, so I don’t think that it’s a theme problem but an eshop problem. The customer has to specify a County in the ‘Ship to’ section of the checkout form or it forwards the form to Paypal without the shipping added. All the other sections of the checkout form generate an error if they are not filled in but the ‘State/County/Province’ and ‘Country’ fields do not. I have left the Twenty Eleven theme activated for now if you want to have another try but this site is live so I can’t leave it like that for long.

In reply to: [eShop] [Plugin: eShop] Shipping Not Added if County not selectedZone 1, Class ‘A’ only is set to £6.99. Then in ‘Settings/eshop/Discounts, the ‘Spend over to get free shipping’ is set to £29.00. No other discounts or shipping costs are set.

Shipping rate calculation
Method 2 ( once per shipping class no matter what quantity is ordered )
Shipping Zones by (for Methods 1-3) (State/County/Province)
Number of Zones to utilise (1)
