thanks for your message. I managed to solve the issue rather easily – I had to move the redirect rules in .htaccess so they are before the WordPress code, because when you set up redirects within cPanel it adds them to the end of the .htaccess.

thank you, it seems the ip’s were blocket in another htaccess. thank you for your fast response and help i am considering going premium because of your great free support.
