Hey there mc_nate, thanks for getting back to me.

I can see from your policy that you don’t support two lists in a page. That’s all fine and good, but I don’t need two forms in one page. I have two lists, one for customer sign-ups, one for partner sign-ups. These are completely different sections of the website. So the issue you mention isn’t my particular use case.

So from what you’re saying, I can only have a single form setup for MailChimp on my website using this plugin. That’s a shame. If your plugin was able to wire different form handles for each list, that’d be great! In the UI, you’d just have to show a unique handle for whichever form you are currently looking at in the drop-down. You’d also have to be sure to store the custom styling settings for each form in the drop down separately, as styling for multiple forms will definitely be different. One may be a sidebar form that only has a couple fields (“soft join”) and another may be a full page width form.

So with all that said, I am hopeful that your plugin can, in the future, support multiple lists. For now, it appears I’ll have to go in and start generating forms from my MailChimp account back-end.

Thanks so much for supporting our start-up with your free product. We hope to grow quickly and have so many customers that we’ll be supporting you all with our hefty subscription! 😉

    Have a nice weekend.
