I used WP Rollback and went back to 3.0.6 and it is working fine. Weird they havent updated folks on the solution or workaround.
Im concerned this plugin may now be unsupported. Their premium URL doesnt resolve.

Yes. My fellow admin turned the debugging feature on. This is why I was seeing these errors. Turn the debug feature off an you should be fine!
