I’ve since gone with another method and removed this plugin. If anyone has a potential solution based on their own experiences I’m happy to give this plugin another chance should you reply to this post in the future.
Update for anyone who can help:
I tried using the plugin for just the row in question rather than plugging in for the whole page background (the option at the bottom of a WordPress page when editing). When I do this, nothing happens. There is no video displayed and no fallback image. I tried toggling on different options, giving every piece of information it asks for and just limiting it to a fallback image, and nothing happens at all, not even proof of an overlay. Responsive is selected and collapse is standard. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
