I hear what you’re saying with getting the permission. It would be nice to have everything under Site Kit – but as the Ad Agency is Yell – big national company, I wonder if it would be difficult to get them to agree etc.
Elementor has a great code tool – add once and it’s on every page.
So my gut says leave as is – and check to ensure it works.
