I reached out to Perfmatters and they helped with the issue. Thank you for responding, though. Jessica

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Doesn’t rebuildI’m having the same issue – the rebuild doesn’t work and no data populates.
I have data under downloads, but no other area.
No failed statuses. It’s been over 24 hrs since install and the first rebuild. How long should I expect it to take with about 14K orders?
I also ran into the issue of this plug in removing the Woo Dashboard Widget. I can get it back when I deactivate this plug in and it goes away when this plug in is activated.

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] Use plugin on homepageAlmost got it! The mobile display is much better.
It made it a 3×2 grid not a 2×3 grid. I assume that’s some work with CSS?

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] Use plugin on homepageYes. We’re using a page building with the widget. I have a developer who I’m working with and I’m not 100% sure how it all works.
We got the plug in to appear as a grid and it’s almost as we want it.
It’s not responding on mobile appropriately. It turns into one column, but it’s way off center and off the screen on the right.
On desktop, I’d like a bit more room in between all the images, as well.

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] Remove Post Title from Widgetsorry. I was on my phone and didn’t have the options to clear the cache easily. I think it’s cleared now.
This is what I see. http://www.whatihavelearnedteaching.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Screen-Shot-2018-08-26-at-3.30.26-PM.png
I was using the old plug in and switched because I kept having issues with it.
I think I have this one set up correctly, but kinda invented the spacing between the images. It does the job.

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] Remove Post Title from WidgetFigured out how to remove the title, but now need to add space between the images.
My site went down again by clicking on Popular Posts. I did the above recommendation two months ago, but hadn’t clicked on the Popular Posts until today.
Here’s the error:
