You have to check the php.ini limits:
– upload_max_filesize
– post_max_size
– memory_limit (RAM to resize HD images, minimum 128-256M)
– max_execution_time (the uploader works for the period)

1) You asked the refund when the refund period has long expired.
2) You asked the refund when you was not able to install a new update yourselves and broke your site. Your server didn’t have necessary library. The issues has been resolved.
