The theme is not the problem.
1) As previously stated, I already changed the theme to 2 different default WordPress themes (Twenty Twenty and Twenty Seventeen) as per your request. The page remained blank with those themes.
2) None of UM’s “automatically generated pages” automatically generated. I created all of the pages and enter all of the shortcodes on every page linked to the UM plugin. All of the other pages and shortcodes are working. So shortcodes work fine with my current theme, and all of UM’s shortcodes, with the possible exception of the Register page, are compatible with my theme (it is possible the shortcode for the Register page is also compatible, and the reason the Register page isn’t showing is unrelated to the compatibility of UM’s Register page’s shortcode being compatible with my current theme.).
3) The Register page used to show up while using my current theme.If you have a specific (and free) theme you want me to try, I will try it. Otherwise, is there a way to fix this problem?

I tried the themes Twenty Twenty and Twenty Seventeen, but the register page is still blank. I also tried creating a new page (with the shortcode and changed the landing page in UM settings to the new page), but the new page was also blank (FYI, I have changed the landing page in UM settings back to the original Register page). Please advice.

I’m not sure what you mean by default WP theme. I have Magazine News Byte as my theme which I got from WP. I didn’t create my own theme, if that is what you mean. I also thought I remembered it working before, and I haven’t changed my theme since then.

I copied and pasted the code you provided into the “Additional CSS” section of my theme customizer and published the change, but it is still blank. Is there something else I could do? I also tried deactivating the two plugins I added since I added UM, but the page is still blank.
