the host moved me to a new server, so i could try from scratch, the upload worked fine a couple times, but now it is the same error. after 2 images the error shows.. i have also asked the host for a log for the new server

Yes its happens with All image, it can upload 2 then it fails. I am not sure if i can see a log file
