I had changed some of the padding settings throughout the blocks and it didn’t resolve after not editing the page for a couple of days , the issue had resolved when I went back!
I have a habit of saving the page very often and didn’t think that it could have an impact, Thank you for your input I will keep that in mind for future problems!

Thank you for the response, I did try changing the value to 100% but it didn’t work. I am not using any side bar functions on this this site or posts
