  • Hi Andre,

I am a bit confused myself, from what you’ve wrote, am I correct in believing that you have images attached to posts still but they’re not showing? Otherwise I am unsure how you expect the plugin to ‘go through all posts and attach it to the ones that use the image’s url’.

Are you sure the image urls have not changed due to the migration and re-upload?

In this event, I would not expect this to be a recurring process and a one-time php script could quickly run through all your posts and update them accordingly.

    Hi Katsushi,

Do you have a release date for this new update?

    Thanks,

    EDIT:
Oh my apologies, you already have updated it. You work fast.

I will give it a try when I get home, thanks again.

    EDIT2:
Tried it out, works exactly as I wanted. Thanks again. 6 star work!

    Hi Katsushi,

I have a process that automatically takes images that have been uploaded, does various things and inserts them onto my website. This process happens every time an image is uploaded but I would like only a small number to be uploaded regardless of how many are un-registered so I do not have to manage my images, my website will update that page automatically.

Is there anywhere I could insert some code to modify this process? I thought maybe there was an array that is populated of files to process and I could just limit that.

I am not requesting that you build this for me but any guidance on where I could start investigating would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    CB

    Hi Katsushi,

I have changed the “Number of items per page” both in the admin page and in the php file however it does not do what I desire.

What I want is that when the automatic process runs, it only uploads 10 files each hour.

The schedule works fine but I need only a small amount uploaded at any time.

    Thanks,

Hey all, sorry for late reply, gmail puts WordPress into social so I don’t get the notification meh.

Thanks for the assistance, was not expecting such a rapid response.

All makes sense, don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work, will set it up when I get home later and let you know the good news.

    Thanks again, much appreciated.

Currently I have tags attached to posts and the first condition would be:

If this post has tag x then add border.

    The second condition is:

If a certain value is above 1 then set the colour as something else.

I can work out how the conditions will function but my PHP/WordPress knowledge is fairly limited so a nudge in the right direction would be more than appreciated.

    Thanks
