Hi,
Stripe support couldn’t provide any help regarding TWINT. However, the TWINT payment method couldn’t have just stopped working for no reason. We remember that it was working correctly with version 3.3.93, so it might have broken after a later update.
Unfortunately, we no longer have access to version 3.3.93. Could you please share this version with us so we can test it on our side?

Thanks for your previous response. I’ve contacted Stripe as you suggested, and here’s what they replied:
They mentioned that they’ve been unable to send any production webhook requests to my endpoint https://kebaberie.ch/?wc-api=wc_stripe since October 13th. Stripe reported 524 errors while trying to deliver these webhook events, and they plan to disable the webhook if the issue isn’t resolved by October 22nd.
According to their explanation, the webhook failures don’t normally affect payments unless subscriptions or Checkout sessions depend on it — but since TWINT payments started failing suddenly right after this date, it seems the webhook issue might be linked to the payment_intent_authentication_failure we’re seeing.
Can you please confirm if the plugin relies on this webhook endpoint during the TWINT payment confirmation step?
And if so, do you have any recommendation to fix or re-register the webhook URL correctly?

My Checkout page is already set to “Validation de la commande (ID: 5102)”.
Stripe account ID: acct_1S3xhj2Oa01AJvoh.
I will run new tests with TWINT to see if the cancel redirect now works correctly.
