In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Form Not Showing for Logged-Out UsersI’ve never experienced such poor support in this field before. I’ve repeatedly explained the issue, shared the page where I used the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, provided screenshots in both logged-in and logged-out states, and even specified the exact time the issue occurs. Yet, no effective solution has been provided.
From the beginning, I clearly mentioned that the shortcode was added to a page built with Elementor. Despite that, your suggestions keep changing — first, you asked me to test it on a new page, which I did and confirmed it did not work. Now, you’re suggesting I use the shortcode via Gutenberg. This back-and-forth with inconsistent recommendations has been incredibly frustrating and unproductive.
Frankly, this level of support is unacceptable.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Form Not Showing for Logged-Out UsersI’ve embedded the checkout using the
[checkout]shortcode, and it displays correctly when I’m logged in. However, the checkout form does not appear for logged-out users.I’ve already confirmed the following:
- No caching plugin is active
- The issue persists across multiple devices and browsers
Despite these checks, the checkout form remains hidden when viewed in a logged-out state. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

I’ve already deactivated my caching plugin, switched to the default theme, and deactivated all other plugins, but the checkout form is still not showing.Could you please explain how I can check this last point: “Also check that the page is not set to ‘Private’ or limited to logged-in users”?
