Hi, it’s fixed. The client entered the wrong type of hours. Instead of 10:30AM they entered 10:30AM00 by mistake.
WP was not giving access to plugin settings before, then I commented out that hour calculation part and got access to plugin settings by resuming it.

Hi, probably you are using caching plugin,
can you try by disabling that? Or whitelist that page from caching.
