That’s getting into hosting territory. You are going to want to check with your host (whoever you are paying to use their servers) to see what configuration you are using and if it can be changed.

Upon opening the site I see “Error establishing a database connection” so I am unable to see what you mean.

So, when you rotate your image, it essentially re-creates it and your server might not have enough memory to do that. Try testing the rotation with a really small image (less than 1mb) and see if it works. I found a few plugins that auto generate posts, though you’ll have to look more closely to see if they have the exact features you are looking for:
