Unfortunately I don’t think this is the issue, a script or a global function because we have other websites on the same hosting provider but we don’t have the same issue.

Thank you for your reply, but this is a huge GDPR issue and I’m forced to tell my clients to stop using Sendinblue services because of this.
Some how because of this issue your taking the client unsubscribed privilege.

Can you please read the topic above.
To be straight forward the issue it’s when we are using Sendinblue and we don’t have activated “to send transactional emails through Sendinblue” the unsubscribe button from the email that the client received after he submit the newsletter form doesn’t work and it’s working only if we check “send emails through Sendinblue” but we don’t want to do that.
Tldr: that shortcode (unsubscribe) should work also without sending emails through sendinblue.
