Please know that I was able to reproduce the issue using WPForms Lite, our free version available on https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpforms-lite/.

We have, we initially thought wp forms was the issue but they troubleshot the issue with us and it seems to be your plugin , see here https://a.supportally.com/v/wk81Fq
