I didn’t understand it completely but partly got the gist. In the end I removed the scripts from GTM and used your demo ones. I’ll write the guy back and thank him for his time. I’d already disabled the fb pixel in my FB Business dashboard so I don’t think it would have bank able to track him even with the tag on the website.

I found a solution that involved updating the WordPress database but I was browsing incognito and can’t find the page I visited. DOes that ring any bells?
