Thank you. It looks like there’s no real solution for me so it’s a fault of the theme code and they won’t reply. Thanks for your time!
Jus tried a few times, it refuses to see the alt text. i even tried other images. Is there any “Additional CSS” that can force the code in? I had a similar issue with my logo and I thought I fixed it, now I recall I just gave up and removed the logo altogether.

I have been dealing with this issue for a while now. When I saw that I took the header down, re-uploaded it and added the alt text so that it would be new (and changed file name as well) and i see it still didn’t fix it.
but as you can see it’s there in my screenshot 🙁

WordPress support tells me they see it as minified, but AISEO just does not recognize it as such. Perhaps in future update this can be fixed?
