I’m sorry to see you are having issues with email notifications.
We use Amazon web services to send the mail, and they are usually very reliable regarding email delivery. But sometimes, specific company domain servers reject genuine emails, considering them spam. We have also shared this article in your previous email conversations. We are helpless here because email deliverability depends on several factors, and we do not have direct control over them. You can try adding another email in our notification settings and see if that works as expected. Alternatively, you can use our Google Sheets integration and response page to collect the data.

We are not sure how long it takes. We have submitted the necessary proof to the WordPress team and are waiting for their reply.
Meanwhile, you may use other plugins with script insert feature to install collectchat on your website.

This happened because of a misunderstanding. One hacker reported an issue with WordPress, and the system automatically removed our plugin.
As you might know, we have a field where you can add a code snippet, which will run on your site. This hacker thought the code is run because of an XSS script vulnerability. This is the app’s core function, and only admins can add a script that needs to be run on their own site.
We are already talking with the WordPress team to resolve this ASAP and bring the plugin back.

Sorry, we do not support external API in between the chat. But you can use our webhook feature to submit the entire collected data at the end of the conversation.

As the article says, when you add utm_source and utm_campaign as custom fields, these 2 fields will be captured by the chatbot and send along with webhook data.
When you say, “But I’m unable to add the api fields in the webhook”, we assume you are talking about the same 2 fields, utm_source and utm_campaign.
If you are trying to troubleshoot the data send by webhook, we recommend the method described here – https://collect.chat/article/show/130684-webhook-in-my-chatbot-is-not-working
Test the webhook with above method and if you are still not getting the data as expected, please write to [email protected] with the following:
1. Detail out what you are trying to achieve
2. Send screenshot of webhook settings

Our is a 100% automated chatbot solution. We do not have an option, where you can chat with customers directly.
You can add links of social media tools like Whatsapp or Messenger or Telegram inside the chatbot and send your visitor to these tools. This can be done using Links type message in our chatbot.
At the moment, we don’t have a mobile app. The chat conversation is captured and sent to you as email notifications. You can also choose to send the data to any other tool in your workflow.
