Yes, it looks like the stripe integration is working now. The only issue is that we have no data collection other than card details on the checkout page. I know we need the plus version for extra fields but Email and Name are on the free version as well right? Also because the ticket needs to be sent somewhere. When I tested it just now, it was sent to the admin email, which isn’t super helpful to them and also doesn’t tell us who purchased the ticket…

Okay, so I installed the HTTP Requests manager and checked the logs.

To be honest, I’m not a high level developer – we built the website using a pre-made theme and just edited the visuals/content, and then used the Event Tickets Plugin to create a simple ticketing experience. I went through the documentation and updated the webhook links as per instructions once before, and that didn’t fix the problem? But the integration between stripe and the Event Tickets Plugin was supposed to happen somewhat automatically right? I just followed the instructions after plugin installation as closely as possible. I’m not really sure how to fix the above correctly now. Thank you for you help.
