I have run some tests with the latest WordPress versions and the plugin still works. I have updated the readme.txt to show the latest supported version is 5.3, which should get rid of the notices.

Can you provide a screenshot or a list of the activated settings for the plugin so we can reproduce?

I have not used the emulator, but have been able to use the actual Azure Storage locally. Is this something you cannot do?

That is interesting. Have you determined that the issue is only with mp3s or larger file sizes?
