All cache-Plugins are fully deactivated, still no line breaks 🙁

Hi @andi-dittrich,

hm, it is right, that there are cache plugins working (i deactivated HTML optimization) – but i have line breaks with “quote” Tag and i have no with pre or code Tag:

I can not believe, that yo don’t see that. I have this issue on every Browser i have …
