Thanks so much for your response. I really appreciate it.
I ran “Find Parents” and it was successful. I ran “Find Ratings” and it was successful.
Only the first rating feature was enabled on the WP Recipe Maker Star Ratings Setting page because the second option said it was for Premium users only, so I ignored it as I’m a free user. I saved that change and then went back to click “Find Parents” and “Find Ratings” again. No change.
OK, I just disappeared down a rabbit hole … I am not sure the only culprit is WP Recipe Maker — it’s possible that not all of my comments imported when I migrated my site. (insert crazy crying angry emoticon here) !!
At this point, I hate to waste your time until I figure out where the exact problem starts.
