I noted the zip file was not actually created and the size is “0” bit. I tried it on a blank new site, it works to create the zip file with 2.72MB. This means the backup file was not done.

I had the same problem after a recent update of this plugin. I just tried your suggestion and it still doesn’t work.
My server admin also told me to re-check the plugin setting, do you know which part of the setting you made change to make it worK?

Many thanks! I can login in now by resetting the plugins folders as you said.
However, all plugins has gone. Do I need to reintall all of them one by one?
