Success! The sequence you gave was the magic key. (1) Exclude the fields you don’t want, (2) Reset the Nice Names list, (3) reload the Configure a list, (4) Select the desired fields and their order, (5) Rebuild cache for list.

I now can adjust the fields and see the data that I need. Thank you!

Yes, I would say that I have a lot of fields >6500. Though they are almost entirely the S2Member access_cap_times (~4200) and session_tokens (~2300) meta fields.
I did go to the ‘Fields and Nice Names’ page and excluded a number of fields from the reports, and yes they are excluded from the ‘Configure a List’ page, but 6500 checkboxes is a bit labor intensive to do.
Is there a way to clear the list from the ‘Configure a List’ page (maybe it’s cached in DB), then go to the ‘Excluded Meta Keys’ page and make sure the two offending categories are selected, then go back to the list and have it build the available fields with the exclude filter applying from the beginning?
As a last option, would you have a suggested workflow for uninstalling and reinstalling your plugin? Or, would the plugin simply pickup all of the fields again?
    Thanks.

Thanks for getting back so quick. Yes, I do have the latest version and had already followed the “exclude meta keys” process, but it doesn’t remove them from the configure page. I also have quite a few “session tokens” fields which I have tried to exclude also, but they still show up on that page.

I would second this request, as I just saw this same security issue. Though, thanks for posting your code @musiphilos.

I would second Ajamm’s feature request. I am developing a couple of sites where a frontend dashboard is accessible for logged-in users to update their info and see their status for a number of different features. It would be great to be able to add a shortcode that pulls in the available lists and the current user subscriptions to allow them to change them on their own. Thus, this page/post or portion of the dashboard could be used to promote user interaction and cross-content growth.

I know at present there is an auto-generated link that accompanies the emails to allow them to do this very thing. Is there any current way to link to this page without going through the email newsletter?

Thanks (You have a great looking plugin, just curious about these few polishing features!)
