Thanks for the feedback. I have made adjustments to support multisite wordpress installs. It will show up ONLY in site admin menus and no long in the network admin menus.
This shouldn’t conflict with other plugins unless they need very frequent cron runs. E.g. if you email articles to wordpress, it may take longer to show up if the cron doesn’t run as often.
Heartbeat limits hits while editing. This limits cron runs during normal page views (non editing).
