The problem continues with the Twenty Twelve theme and all plugins disabled. I noticed that the problem doesn’t occur on any other computer, or on any other browser on this computer. I’m using Firefox on Mac OS 10.7. I cleared all the private data from Firefox (checked all boxes and ‘all time/everything’) and told it not to ever remember history, but the problem continues.
