Thanks for the assistance, I have tried doing what you say but to no avail. I know that my menu has some css files so I may need to look through them.

Ok after spending the best part of the day I have now, kind of, intergrated the blog on my website but I know have the sidebar with the archives in down the bottom right and not at the top like when I started ‘messing about’
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction as to why this has happened and more so which file I have to look at to rectify it.
