Really great idea but I don’t see anywhere to submit a ‘ticket’. I had looked on their site as well, and it all seems to come to this forum or am I missing something obvious? thanks for your suggestion by the way
I am having the same issue – is there some kind of answer from the developers? We did not do anything differently to the site- has not worked for a couple of days. I uploaded the plugin again but nothing changed. Could this be a bug?
