Don’t know why that would have changed with the theme update.
It does make sense to drop the www. Never would have thought to check that.Anyways thanks again Rodica…Problem solved!

Thanks for your reply.
I deactivated ALL my plugins and the issue still remained.I also tried two other plugins:
“Easy Smooth Scroll Links” and “jQuery smooth scroll”.
Neither made any difference.Very confusing and annoying seeing as it was working fine before I updated the theme.
Any other suggestions greatly welcomed.

I actually had the styles I wanted in the custom.css but they were being overridden somewhere else. It was all a bit confusing to be sure! However I nicely got a fix from the theme author: “try using !important instruction for margin option”
Never thought of that, worked perfect. Lesson learned.
I will also be checking out using a SASS compiler in the future.
