Regex expressions are currently not supported. I can try and add it. But it will be late January until I have some time.
Do I understand you correctly that you want to block:
addresses like:[email protected]
[email protected]Any number / type of characters followed by . six numbers.

I just signed up for Mailpoet and did a test. I am afraid it works for me fine when using Mailpoet as a sender: https://share.zight.com/4guGxyA9
As you can see in the above screenshot the mail is delivered via thewpdatacenterwhich tells us Mailpoet is the relay.Maybe do a conflict test?

Mailpoet may use it’s own hooks, overwriting the WooCommerce ones. If that is the case, my plugin won’t work.
I haven’t tested with Mailpoet so I can’t say for sure.
