@esmi I’m sorry if I violated a ww.wp.xz.cn forum policy I was unaware of before now. I have been trying to help this user of our plugin and have had a difficult time contacting him at his email and thought posting here would get the message through to him. I will not do this in the future.

I went to http://www.standforprinciples.com/congress to relook at the errors it is giving but all I can see is the 15% image again so I can’t do any more until I can see the errors.
Yes I know the plugin. I have emailed you a file to change inside our plugin. Please let me know if it helps as I can not reproduce the error you are getting on my servers.
I am not a server expert but what I know to check looks okay. Please report back after you have spoken with HostGator.
CongressLookup.com is also on HostGator but not on their managed WordPress hosting. You can give them this information as it may be helpful to them for diagnosis of the problem.
Yes, I am getting the same results.
If you didn’t activate the Sunlight Labs link then you would be getting a different result. So I’m thinking it has to do with your server.
#1 Is your server using at least PHP 5.4?
#2 And did you verify this troubleshooting tip:

When doing this, disable the cache option for testing, then when allow-url-fopen is enabled and CongressLookup works only then enable the cache again.
I’m sorry you are having difficulties with the plugin.
I have received your other messages through my contact forms. I have tried to look at your webpage but it stops loading at 15% so I think you are having more problems than just my plugin. Once I am able to access your webpage I’ll be happy to continue helping you with any issues you still have with our plugin.
Well I certainly appreciate your “over lhorough-ness” 😀 I can see why these choices are made and the care with which it was thought through.
Personally, I like being of service and I am proud of the plugin I was able to produce; and it’s rewarding to know when people appreciate the plugin and the service they receive. I’ll just comfort myself knowing that the “missing” reviews are gone for an appropriate reason and strive to earn more in the future.

I understand what could have gone wrong with the reviews that are no longer there… I just miss them 🙁 Hopefully you are correct and I’ll get more soon. 😀
BTW, It would be good if moderators had a way to note why they deleted reviews.
