In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] Captcha not working on Easy FormsHi Jon,
As suggested, we created a second form for the pop up and disabled recaptcha on the elementor but still the captcha is not working on the popup.
Can you please let us know if we need to update anything else for this to work?

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] Captcha not working on Easy FormsHi Jon,
The password is Contactpoint!
I used recaptcha V2 and now the form at the bottom of the page is working fine but recaptcha is not enabled for the popup.
I have updated the recaptcha code on easy forms captcha settings and elementor captcha setting.
Please let me know if I need to update it anywhere else for recaptcha to work on the popup form?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Sanjeev,
Thanks for your inputs.
We are now able to send emails through WP MAIL SMTP plugin.
Kind regards,
Sandhya PrabhakarHi Sanjeev,
I added the App password as the SMTP password and tested it but I was prompted with the same error so I implemented using Gmail mailer but when I click on “Allow plugin to send emails using Google account” in the WP SMTP MAIL plugin’s general settings, I am prompted with Error 400: redirect_url_mismatch.
I provided our clients website URL in Authorized JavaScript Origins (https://cpd.holmeslist.com.au) and https://connect.wpmailsmtp.com/google/ in Authorized redirect Url.
Can you please advise if the above is correct and if not what URL we should provide for Authorized JavaScript Origins and in Authorized redirect URLs.
Thank you.
Hi Sanjeev,
Thanks for your inputs.
I set up a two factor authentication for the Gmail account and carried out an SMTP email test but I am still prompted with the same error message (Could not authenticate your SMTP account). I also created a App password for the Gmail account and carried out an email test but I am prompted with the below error. I would also like to let you know that I am able to login to my Gmail account so I am sure the password is correct and I have provided the same password as the SMTP password on WordPress site.
