Thanks for the link although in some fantastic news, your new update has indeed fixed the issue, so may not need to send you any screen caps. Thank you ever so much.
Now, when I add the products to the cart I get the same shipping costs regardless of which product order I add the products to the cart. Previous to the new update, this was giving different totals depending on the order.
I have also done testing on the other site with the same issue and similarly, the update has corrected the issues there too, I will roll this update out to all our sites using Aus Post.
Thank you once again for your time into looking into this one for me and even more so for a working solution.

Is there a way to attach images? – I can screen capture the cart so you can see the 2x items and different totals depending on their order.

Hi, i too have just run into this exact same issue. I can do as the OP said and delete manually from the server however it still doesn’t address the part where that functionality that used to be present as part of the plugin no longer works, i would say the issue is circumvented by manually deleting files off the server but not resolved as it still persists within the plugins UI.
