Well I figured it out without the help of the developer of this plugin as I hadn’t heard back from anyone.

In the actual All in One SEO Pack plugin, you need to go to:
General Settings –> Custom Post Type Setting
• Enable: SEO for Custom Post Types
• Enable: Advanced Options
Make sure “Products” is checked along with whatever posts you want to have use SEO.
