I had this problem upgrading from 2.6 to 2.9.11. Solved by resaving the forms using urls with the old form’s IDs like:

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ninja-forms&tab=builder&form_id=1
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ninja-forms&tab=builder&form_id=2

Still have one problem where new submissions in these forms starts with index #1 and ends up at the end of the list. Don’t think that will be an issue for me but if anyone has a solution/suggestion for fix I would appreciate it.

Same problem. Upgrade from version 2.6.

Hi! Sorry for the long wait! I guess life came in between. 🙂 Thank you for trying out my plugin.

If i am correct the problem seems to be that ACF has implemented revisions-support (which doesn’t work at least for me). I tried it with simple fields and everything seems to work as expected. If the problem is with ACF i hope they will fix their implementation soon (i am also using ACF). Perhaps we could send in a feature request for a on/off setting for their implementation. 😀

I will hopefully have some time soon to make this plugin work with ACF again (if at all possible).
