Your plugin is awesome, I was customizing to some extent, but i need your little help.
1. Can you tell me how can I also include name of attach files along with the file icon.
right now, its showing only the image of file, but i also need the file name to be written just after the file default image.
2. Also is it possible if I can add the current date to all ticket titles in the admin panel?
right now, when i click on “tickets” in the sdmin panel, it shows, the list of all tickets, with “title”, “last post by” and “status”
that means whatever a user enters in the subject box while creating a new ticket, it becomes the subject at frontend and ticket title at admin panel.
Suppose a user enters subject as “Help Needed”, I want the list of tickets to show title as: xx-xx-xxxx-Help Needed
where xx-xx-xxxx is the current date.
Can you please help me, I would be really grateful, just need these things sorted out and it will help me to a great extent to manage my users.
