But they can’t fix this (they’ve been trying for three months) and there’s no CPanel access for users.
Given it’s happening daily for my client it’s a source of frustration so any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks, that would be great except the host Performance Foundry block access to CPanel and have failed to figure this issue out for three months. :/
