I discovered what’s causing the issue! The theme has a “Use Page as Section” feature (I guess it’s what controls the seamless, single-page front view). When a page is formatted as “Use Page as Regular Page” the pop-up works fine. I don’t know how to fix it but thought I’d let you know.

Thanks for the extra effort on this Damian 🙂 Unfortunately, I tried it in both Safari and Firefox and the same thing happens. I reset both caches as well but still no love.

I clicked the check box next to Enable Debug Mode (Will use uncompressed js) and then clicked Save Settings but it still does its disappearing act 🙁 Mmmmmm….

looks like mailchimp is working a fix. i’ll stay tuned.
