Hi, you gave me the solution, the plugin was not visible to “Editor”. When the plugin created a page in the menu, it was only created for “manage_options”. I have edited that in the plugin code and changed it to “moderate_comments”, and everything has been fixed.
I thank you infinitely for your help for having put me on the track of the problem. A hug.

Thank you very much for your answer, I will try to do it in another way, probably giving administrator permissions to that user and hiding the options of the menu with code. Thank you very much and I wish you the best.
