This is solved. I selected the wrong restriction when i created the api key silly me. Glad i noticed it. XD
moreover, i tried to add html tags to my content using the html editor, reloaded the page but nothing happened or applied.
also in uploading image thumbnails for each testimonials, is it okay to suggest to add or make it rather an upload button?
