Thanks so much. I can see the cached pages now. If I purge the cache now (Fallback enabled), will this action only purge fallback cache?

Thanks for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. The issue was resolve by Cloudflare support. I had to remove First Page Rule “Always Use HTTPS” and it worked.

The issue is weird. I’m using same Page Rules on other site and Cache is hitting without any hassle. The pages were set a long back but now removing the “Always Use HTTPS” solved the issue.
