We checked on our development store with Dokan installed. It appears to be working fine, as you can check in this screenshot.
But since it is not working on your website, please try translating other strings of our plugin and let us know whether you are facing issue specifically with this translation string, or the translation is not working entirely.

This has been resolved, please update to latest plugin version.
The plugin is developed to work, for “SMS Alert” registered users.
So there is no point in asking questions, why its not working for unregistered/not logged in users.
Its our sole discretion to show or hide specific features / tabs from the plugin if you are not logged in.
If you are not willing to follow steps to resolve your query, this forum would not be helpful for you.
Please go through the plugin description page carefully.
This is a “Commercial Plugin”, and you need to have an account with “www.smsaert.co.in” in order to use it.
If you need the resolution, you simply need to login to the plugin.
Without logging in the plugin, please do not expect it to work.

Currently this plugin supports only SMS. Email is not possible with it.
