I figured out the issue, after you deactivated Jetpack – it is the “Photon” add-on that comes as part of the plug-in. Once “Photon” is deactivated, the images display properly. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, resizing an image (960 x 606) is not fixing the issue. The image is not being placed in the code at all.
