One other thing: when I look at the Events -> Location tab in the back end, it DOES display the location associated with the event that imported into the Events Manager. This does not make much sense — why do the Locations display correctly for meetup events imported into Events Manager, but the events themselves do NOT display?
Apologies for giving you the wrong URL. I don’t think you understand what I said before.
When I ran the import into Events Manager, it displayed a message saying that I had successfully imported 12 events. When I looked at the Events tab in the dashboard, at the top of the list it said, “All (12) | Published (12)”. But in the list below that — where each of the imported events should have appeared — it said, “No Events Found”. And when I looked at the Events page on the front end, no events were listed there, either.
I ran two more imports. Both times, I imported one event. The first time, I imported the event into Meetup Events. The second time I imported into Events Manager. Both times it said that 1 event was successfully imported. When I look at the Meetup Events page on the front end, the event displays perfectly. (See:http://nhwordpress.wpengine.com/meetup-events/). However, when I look at the Events page on the front end, there are NO results displayed (see: http://nhwordpress.wpengine.com/events/ ). And when I look at the events tab on the back end, it still does not display any events in the list — although it has incremented the numbers appearing at the top of the list. It now says, “”All (13) | Published (13)”.
So, apparently the Import Meetups process is creating new records for the Events Manager, but for some reason, the records cannot be displayed on either the front end pages or in the Events dashboard tab.
By the way, I have no problem importing events into My Calendar
