We have not customised the checkout or order-received page at all. When I’m using tag assistant, it shows the event as ‘gtm. load’ but I can see ‘purchase’ showing in the Hits Sent and in the GA4 ecommerce events. I did a test purchase and ‘gtmkit-purchase’ shows in the logs and also in GA Ecommerce purchase, so it seems to be working. 🙂Thanks so much for your help!

As mentioned, I had enabled the option to log the “purchase” event to the debug log and I have completed several test purchases as part of my troubleshooting. There is an entry in the logs named ‘gtmkit-purchase’:
